Get-involved activities
These features are new. Only with your feedback can we improve them and develop them into what you really need.
Want to tackle something and need people for it? You create the campaign and send out a link. Whoever joins in signs up — without account —, and everyone can see how many have already come together.
Find helpersA free account is enough — just for creating it.
What you get
- “7 of 12 helpers” as progress. In our experience, this gets more people to join in than any call-to-action text — you can see that spots are running out.
- Add listings without an account. Your name, how many of you are coming, done. If you like, leave a number for questions — only you can see it, never the public.
- Meeting point and what-to-bring list are included. Gloves, high-visibility vest, wheelbarrow — whatever is missing will otherwise be missing on the morning of the event.
- You decide who sees it. By default, the campaign runs only via your link. On request, it also appears here in the portal.

10 Helpers wanted
What this is for
Litter picking, setting up for the shooting festival, planting event, driving service to an away game, moving the clubhouse — wherever hands are needed and you want to know beforehand how many are coming.
Just looking for a date? → Date poll. A festival at many places in the village? → Multi-location event.
