Schleswig-Holstein Gourmet Festival mit Gastkoch Tony Hohlfeld im Romantik Hotel Waldschlösschen
Tony Hohlfeld gehört zur neuen Generation von Topköchen – unprätentiös, mutig und nahbar. 2015 eröffnete er gemeinsam mit Sommelière Mona Schrader das Restaurant Jante in Hannover, das seit 2020 mit zwei Michelin-Sternen ausgezeichnet wird. Im Januar 2027 reist der Sternekoch ins Romantik Hotel Waldschlösschen nach Schleswig und kocht dort im Rahmen des Schleswig-Holstein Gourmet Festivals.
